Drop in Meditation w/ Patti

EVERY Tuesday & Thursday @ 7:30pm

$5 per person (cash only)

Stop by for a half hour of meditation!  Tuesdays feature a guided meditation and Thursdays feature an open meditation, with music or sound for focus.  Drop in when you can!  Tea and Coffee available before and after meditation.

*Chairs are set up for your comfort, but feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket for lying on the floor*

Hatha Yoga classes are moderately paced and allow beginning students to focus on correct form while learning basic yoga postures. The "nuts and bolts" of yoga asana (postures) are explored in a safe and mindful manner. This class will cover sun salutations, twists, standing poses, and forward bends.  Tea and Coffee available before and after yoga.

*Extra yoga mats available for use. Dress comfortably!*

Our first night together will touch on what psychic ability is, as well as how one can tap into it and use it.  Grab a cup of coffee, grab a comfy seat and bring your questions!

Join Dan and Mari, in from sunny Florida, for an afternoon of beautiful crystals, loose and set into jewelry.  Gorgeous pieces will be available for sale...and to oogle as well :)

Trunk Show has been CANCELLED due to weather! Dan and Mari are traveling to us from a bit of a distance...and are stuck due to the flooding from the current rain.  We WILL be rescheduling their visit...stay tuned for more details!
